Every month we will be running a roda in order to extend our roda, play with more capoeiristas from other groups, network and learn from others, and spread the word about our group and our passion.

This event will include a Gincana, as a welcome to the new raw chords. The gincana will give an opportunity for the higher cords and more experienced students to share their knowledge with the new raw cords. We will be playing different Capoeira themed competitions and games.

The structure will be 2 teams each with equal numbers of experienced students and raw chords, each team will compete in a number of activities and excersises judged by our trainer, of course finishing with a roda, where we will try not to hurt the new team members too much!

We look forward to the Gincana, and also seeing some of our friends in the roda of the month.
