Beginners Course
The beginners course is designed for people who have never done capoeira before. The course introduces you to the basics of capoeira including some of the basic kicks and moves, some acrobatics, some of the traditional capoeira music and an introduction to the capoeira game or jogo. After the beginners course you will have an idea of what capoeira is about.
After the begginners course has given you an introduction to capoeira, you can start to attend the regular classes as a part of the group. You can purchase the uniform what consists of a pants (called Abada), t-shirt and a raw cord based on the graduation system we use in Grupo Capoeira Brasil. If you continue with a regular training you will be able to upgrade your level at the yearly grading or Batizado.
